Restoring a purchase

The unlock is a one-time purchase attached to your Apple ID. On a new device, tap any part marked with an orange padlock, answer the grown-ups question that appears, and then tap Restore purchase. No account or password is needed beyond your Apple ID.

Syncing between devices

Progress (robots, hats, album, mazes, planets and the season scenes) syncs automatically between devices signed into the same iCloud account. Nothing to set up. If sync seems stuck, make sure both devices are signed into iCloud with the same Apple Account and open the app once on each.

Daily orders and hats

A few customers visit each day, three at first and more later. Serving them all opens the daily present and, over time, earns hats: hats come from playing, never from a shop. The first hat is for everyone, and the full hat collection comes with the one-time unlock. Orders never have a countdown, and nothing is lost by taking a break.

The Robot of the Month

A themed robot arrives at the start of every month and is free for everyone to play with all month long. It returns every year with its season.

Daily play time

Tap the grown-up button on the main screen, answer the grown-ups question, and choose 15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes a day (it is off by default). In the last minute night slowly falls over the screen, then the robot goes to bed until tomorrow. From the bedtime screen a grown-up can add 10 or 30 minutes or free play for the rest of the day. The time only counts while the app is open, is set per device, and starts fresh every day.

For schools

Wobblebots School Edition is the complete app with everything unlocked and nothing to buy inside, made for school iPads. Schools buy it in bulk through Apple School Manager, with Apple's 50% education discount for 20 or more licenses. The free Wobblebots stays the right choice for families. Deleting data

The app stores creations on your device and in your own iCloud. Deleting the app removes the local data; the iCloud copy can be cleared in Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Manage Storage.
