These Terms govern your use of the Vilusion mobile application ("the App", "we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Vilusion is a personal reflection app. You ask a question, you receive a written insight generated by an AI language model, and you can keep it in your Journal and later mark whether it came true.
Insights are for personal reflection and entertainment only. They are not professional advice of any kind. Nothing in the App is medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice, and it must not be relied on as such. Always consult a qualified professional for decisions that matter, and never disregard professional advice because of something the App said. Decisions you make remain entirely your own.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use the App only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
The App includes a limited number of free insights and features. Premium removes those limits and unlocks additional features. It is offered as an auto-renewing annual subscription and as a one-time lifetime purchase.
We may change which features are included in Premium, or the price of future purchases. Any subscription price change takes effect only after notice and in line with the store's rules.
Your questions and your Journal are yours. Questions are processed in real time to generate an insight and are not stored on our servers. Your Journal stays on your device and, if you enable device sync, in your own iCloud or Google Drive account, which we cannot access. See the Privacy Policy for the full picture.
We may suspend or end access that breaks these rules.
Insights are produced by an AI language model. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuited to your situation, and the same question can produce different answers. The accuracy figure the App shows is simply a count of what you marked as having come true. It describes your own past marks, is not a prediction, and carries no promise of any result.
The App, its name, design, and content, other than your own questions and notes, belong to Vilusion Ltd. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App on devices you own for personal, non-commercial purposes.
We aim to keep the App working but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change, and the App depends on third-party services (app stores, AI providers, cloud storage) that may themselves change or become unavailable.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and Vilusion Ltd is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any decision you make based on the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. If you are a consumer in the EU, this does not deprive you of the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
We may update these Terms. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept it.
